Un attico luminosissimo a due passi da uno dei parchi pubblici più grandi di Roma: Villa Ada.
Cucito come un abito su misura sulle esigenze e sulla personalità del suo proprietario; molta tecnologia e pochi e decisi sprazzi di colore su cromie di gusto maschile. Il grande terrazzo è allestito per pranzare all’aperto e ricevere gli amici.
A very bright penthouse a few steps away from one of the largest public parks in Rome: Villa Ada. Sewed as a handmade suit for the needs and personality of its owner; a lot of technology and a few splashes of colour and decided on man’s taste colours. The large terrace is equipped for outdoor dining and entertaining friends.

Le grandi tende a rullo schermano la luce intensa. L’impianto di domotica permette di oscurare la stanza per utilizzare il video proiettore a soffitto.
The big blinds shield the strong light. The home automation system allows you to darken the room to use the video projector on the ceiling

Il tessuto dei cuscini e delle sedute della panca è di Dedar.

I tagli nel controsoffitto ospitano uno schermo per il video proiettore e le tende a rullo per le finestre comandabili a distanza dall’impianto di domotica.
The cuts in the ceiling is hidden a screen for the video projector and roller blinds for windows remotely controllable by the installation of home automation.

La boiserie del corridoio è realizzata con pannelli di legno su misura.

In fondo alla cucina, la porta a filo dello stesso colore del muro, nasconde l’ambiente lavanderia.
