Terms and Conditions of service

General terms and conditions for the provision of the online consultancy services on interior design, provided by the archedy.com website

1. archedy.com provides an online interior design consultancy based on the documentation provided by the user.
2.  It is intended for “user”, the one who benefits from any paid service purchased directly on the  website archedy.com
3. The user, upon payment, declares  to agree to the cost for the service selected on the website archedy.com, and to have read and accepted the conditions of the service and the rules on privacy protection. 
4. Payment can be made directly on the website archedy.com through the online payment system PayPal or by bank money transfer; in this case, the payment instructions will be communicated to you upon confirmation of the order. The invoice for the purchase of the service will be sent by e-mail together with the design project. 
5.  The requested consultancy project service will begin upon receipt of payment. The contractual relationship between the user and archedy.com starts with the communication of the payment for the service selected, and ends with the delivery of the design in electronic format pdf or jpg via e-mail to the address indicated by the user.
6. In the event of inability to meet the user’s needs for technical reasons or for any other motive, archedy.com reserves the right not to realize the project for which it  was requested, communicating by e-mail before the payment is made, the unfeasibility to work at the project.
7. The costs shown in the purchasing  section of the site archedy.com , should be considered inclusive of taxes or social security contributions and VAT (economic conditions applicable to individuals).
8. The projects prepared by the professionals of archedy.com contain a preliminary lay out hypothesis of the interior and furnitures, and therefore cannot be used to carry out construction projects for which a prior review of the current regulations is needed and the issuance of permits licenses required.
9. All the material on this site  archedy.com  is owned by the authors, and may not be copied or duplicated except with express written consent from them. The material produced for this consultancy service and sent to the user, remains the property of the authors, who may arrange for its publication at any time, in accordance with current legislation regarding copyright and intellectual property and in particular the Law 22.4.1941, n.633 as amended.
10. The Court of Rome will be competent for any dispute submitted by the user, and regarding  archedy.com services.
